Minister & Glaeser Surveying, Inc. was formed in March 1983 by Bolton C. Minister and Robert W. Glaeser. Since that time the company has been completed a variety of surveying projects ranging from residential lot surveys to large construction projects and federal architect and engineering contracts. Clients include private property owners, developers, general contractors, engineering firms, and city, county, state and federal agencies.
Minister & Glaeser Surveying, Inc. has maintained an office in Vancouver, Washington since 1983 and added an office in Pasco, Washington in 2002.
On December 31, 2002, the firm was sold to Edmund Denny, David Denny, Kevin Bethje and Daniel Renton. The new principals are all long-term employees of the firm.
The principals and key personnel of Minister and Glaeser Surveying, Inc. are Professional Land Surveyors who are licensed in the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Montana, and Arizona.
The firm has 50 employees, including 10 licensed surveyors, and the vehicles and equipment for 12 field crews.

Daniel has worked as a party chief and project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 15 years. He is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor. He has extensive experience in performing and supervising surveys in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. He is responsible for supervising global positioning system surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys for schools, boundary surveys for schools, construction surveys for schools, lot-line adjustment surveys, and quantity calculations. He is an expert in GPS Survey methods, using Real Time Kinematic (RTK), and post processed static GPS to establish geodetic control for state plane coordinate systems. Greg has worked as a project surveyor on a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for 25 years. Greg is experienced in the operation and calibration of the various automated hydrographic survey systems used by Minister & Glaeser Surveying, Inc. to conduct bathymetric surveys. His experience includes hydrographic surveys on rivers; shallow streams, lakes and ponds using fully automated systems as well as using portable automated data collection systems mounted in small survey boats. Greg is also proficient in the preparation and processing of hydrographic survey data. He is experienced in the use of HYPACK software, which is a comprehensive survey program that is used for planning, data collection, navigation, editing and processing survey data. Greg is experienced in preparing final survey data and charts using Terramodel and AutoCAD 2005 with LDD5.

John is an experienced and qualified Professional Land Surveyor. The planning department is full service, gaining approval for various types of projects in several municipalities. His creative solutions and knowledge to planning issues have generated cost savings to our client's.
